We CAN put another offer in on our favorite house!!!! Hurray!!!!!!! However, there is a stipulation. We must submit an offer higher than the first offer and we don’t know what that amount is, nor will they tell us. Shall we take a gamble?
We are looking at it again Wednesday night and will probably put an offer in!!!! I’m excited/nervous/scared/all of the above!

Yah!! If you love it as much as it seems... heck yes I'd take the gamble. I'd offer AT LEAST the asking price. Cause chances are they offered a little less or the asking price. But for sure after you see wednesday I'd say ... go for it!! What can you lose?? You might gain a house!! :) Good luck!!!

Well I guess we will see tonight! We are looking at it and our realtor said to be prepared to make a strong offer! SCARY!
