That's just crazy talk!

Then Saturday I got to see my mom for a little bit. She went to the farm to see Justen and help me with the garden. So I went over there for a few hours and helped her weed, etc and we chatted a bit. She looks really good and seems to be happy again. I just hope it lasts.

Then Saturday night was my bach party! Lynsie, a/k/a “loin muffin”, came over after work and then Ashley, my brother’s girlfriend, came over around 4:00. Right after Ashley got to my house it started down pouring out which really sucks because they boys were working on the deck. Soon after Ashley got there we left for the hotel in Minneapolis. After getting a little lost we finally made it to the hotel (a little late which I’m sure Jewells was happy about). Right when we got to the hotel we started the celebration. There was beer, jello-shots (strawberry and champagne I believe – and were quite delicious), wine and champagne. Before we even left for dinner we were all feeling pretty good.

After getting ready we walked to the Hard Rock to meet my aunties and have some dinner. The food there is delicious! I love a big juicy burger w/fries – my favorite!!

After the Hard Rock we walked around and found some Irish bar and had a few drinks outside on the patio. After we had a few drinks it got really windy and started to sprinkle outside so we decided to head to an inside bar and this is when my aunties left.

I think we started out at Drink and then jumped to a few other places (Aqua, Envy, etc) and then ended the night at Drink. Here are some of my favorite pics of the night in complete random order...

Shots, shots, shots, shots, shots, shots EVERYBODY! Well, for Loin and Ashley at least.

We have 1 ½ months until the wedding – plenty of time to get shit done but yet I’m stressed out about every little thing. Some days I feel okay and others I feel like the anxiety is taking over (like today). I hate anxiety… I get that from my mother. I get anxiety even when I’m running late. Actually, I get anxiety even when I’m going to be right on time (I like to be early for everything)! Why can’t I just stinkin relax and not worry about every little thing? I know the wedding will go just fine but I can’t stop worrying about it. My main to do list: pay vendors, finish picking out music for the ceremony/reception and send DJ our list and event profile, finish place cards (once I get all the rsvps), finish planning ceremony (vows, etc), finish garden at farm, make slideshow, and get marriage license. There are of course plenty of tiny things to do but those are the main things left. This weekend is the start to my wedding events - I have my bachelorette party! I cannot wait to celebrate with my favorite lady friends! Don't worry, I'm sure I'll have plenty of pictures to post next week. 45 more days to go until the big day!!

This weekend we are supposed to build our deck. I’m not quite sure if that will happen or not. Phil was supposed to get the footings done last weekend but that never happened for two reasons. 1. We forgot to call the diggers hotline and have them mark the lines and 2. Phil and Jimmy P. were hung-over on Sunday and wouldn’t have done it anyways. Ugh, so hopefully he can do it sometime after work in the next day or two. The footings need at least 24 hours to dry before we can build the rest of the deck. If he can’t get the footings done by Friday then I guess we will be doing that on Saturday instead of doing the fun part – building! I’m excited to have it done. I’ll feel much better about the money I spent when I can actually use it. :)

I haven't written a blog for a couple weeks because I have been very busy! Every weekend for the past couple weeks has been completely booked and until after x-mas, I'm still pretty booked. Last weekend was my birthday. My friends and I went out for dinner at the Olive Garden and then we went out to the Dive. We had a pretty good time! The next night my friend Rachel had a Halloween party. That was a fun weekend! This weekend I have a poker party to go to and then my friend's 2nd bridal shower. The next weekend will be a blast! Jewells and I are going to the Coldplay concert on Friday!!! We have been waiting for Coldplay for years!!! I'm sooo damn excited I could pee myself! Not really, it's just a saying guys. After the concert we will have the bachelorette party!! I just know we are going to have a blast!


Lets see... what else is new... Well remember I told you guys that I got my dog neutered? Well ever since we got him neutered we have been coming home to a mess. It is either a shoe, stuffing from a toy he ripped up, paper towels, or my friend's beautiful wallet (sorry friend!!) that is chewed up and spread across my living room floor. I think he does this because he is mad at us for leaving him all day while we go to work. That is no excuse though! He is almost a year old! He shouldn't be doing this anymore.

I have my boyfriends birthday coming up and I have no idea what to get him. I have never been stumped before but I am now. He loves electronics but everything I could get him costs way too much money. I'm broke. You can't buy him games for his x-box, dvds, cds or anything like that because he already has all that. He doesn't like when I buy him clothes. I don't know. I'm stumped. Help?!
