I'm so so sorry Jessie! I hope that you're doing okay.
Jessie, I am so sorry for your loss. Your dads passing reinforced what I learned in the cement cage,life can be so unpredictable and harsh. We sometimes don't know what we had until its gone. Your dad was a good man so I suspect you know what you had. Rick was my favorite brother inlaw and despite your mother and his split up I still thought of him as such, he was the best. After seeing you I am even more sorry for what I've done, what I've missed out on. You grew up to be a lovely young woman and I'm sure your dad was proud of you. As I said at the wake I do want to get to know you. I am trying to fix all the things I broke, while I can't fix the problem with your dad any more I was trying to. I hope to see you again soon but I will leave that decision to you, as I did with your dad. Just know I care and you matter to me.
