I know!!! That's what I say! Phil said that I will be quite disappointed on my b-day when Winston isn't there... :( There is still a chance though! There is always a chance for everything.
Oh I'm sure you'll get your Winston :) Just trick Phil into going with you to look at puppies (but don't tell him that's where you're really going) and once he see's them he'll want one too.
